Acquire enough expressions and vocabulary to successfully manage interactions, typical of the job, with visitors who speak English. 

The course is aimed primarily at workers and freelancers. 

(CAT) No s’exigeix cap requisit per accedir a la formació, encara que s’han de posseir prou habilitats de comunicació lingüística que permetin cursar amb aprofitament la formació.

A més, s’ha de superar una prova especifica de nivell

1. Introduce yourself and greet
2. Describe the product
3. Information and response to questions about a merchandise
4. Conversations in an establishment

At the end of the training, an official certificate issued by the Consortium for Continuing Education of Catalonia certification is obtained which accredits the specific competences acquired in this training.
