The Board, the team, the collaborators and the volunteers of Autoocupació are aligned and committed to the mission, vision and values of the Foundation, on which our quality policy is based.
This allows users to become active protagonists of our services, adapting to their needs, through a management system that helps us to establish and persevere with our objectives, to plan and systematically evaluate all actions, facilitating continuous improvement and maximizing the social impact, guaranteeing the commitment in the performance of the requirements of the financing entities and the current legislation.
This quality management system is certified in accordance with the UNE ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Valid certificate here.
